Laerdal’s robust Educational Services portfolio allows organizations to build a comprehensive Educational Pathway to support faculty and staff competency development. Educational Pathway is built up of several courses that, when combined, forms the Educational Pathway to build and maintain simulation training skills.

Educational Pathway allows organizations to be prepared for initial or refresher training without determining the content, simulator, or audience until you are ready to schedule the course.

When building an Educational Pathway, you may select from any of Laerdal’s on-site instructor-led one-day courses. Courses can be delivered in any sequence to meet the organization’s needs across a one to five-year period with each course representing one Educational Pathway day.
