SimNewB - Helping improve neonatal outcomes
The 2018 AAP National Conference & Exhibition is the most comprehensive pediatric meeting in the world and represents the full spectrum of pediatric medical professionals and decision-makers including pediatricians, young physicians, pediatric residents and other allied health professionals.
The Conference is dedicated to keeping attendees abreast of the latest best practices in pediatrics and provides the biggest selection of pediatric educational opportunities. Join us for the AAP Experience – National Conference and Exhibition and take advantage of the latest pediatric resources and innovations and technologies available to pediatric healthcare professionals in this interactive exhibit.
The American Academy of Pediatrics and Laerdal have collaborated to support neonatal resuscitation education through the combination of education and technology. This ensures standard knowledge, leadership skills, teamwork, and communication abilities are met, leading to competency and the best patient care. Visit us at the NRP® Seminar and learn more about new and innovative products that support the NRP® curriculum.
Being well trained and prepared to respond to serious health issues can mean the difference between a good outcome or bad.
Visit our Product Solution Stations at the NRP Seminar for interactive hands-on skills stations. Practice your skills using the latest neonatal training solutions:
The Newborn Anne™ neonatal baby simulator is a manikin designed for skills training in neonatal resuscitation. With anatomical accuracy and a product feature set designed to focus on the critical resuscitation skills required in the first ten (10) minutes of a newborn’s life, Newborn Anne meets the key components of the NRP course curriculum.
SimNewB® is a newborn tetherless simulator co-created with the American Academy of Pediatrics, designed to help improve neonatal resuscitation and to meet the specific learning objectives of neonatal resuscitation protocols. Focusing on the first 10 minutes of life, SimNewB provides realistic training for critical interventions such as lung recruitment maneuvers and advanced airway management.
